Laura hampton
Co-Founder, Co-Owner, Chief Executive Officer
Laura Hampton has more than three decades of experience in the advertising industry. In her corporate career, Laura was an Advertising Director at large publications such as The Houston Chronicle, The Charlotte Observer, and The Bryan-College Station Eagle. Laura excelled at driving synergy among traditional and digital media platforms for hundreds of advertisers, and now she brings that experience to High Five to drive results for our clients. Most importantly, Laura is known for being a tremendously effective and compassionate leader; everyone who has ever worked with Laura will tell you that she is a consummate professional that treats all the people she encounters with fairness and grace. Laura has a BBA in Advertising from Texas A&M University. Laura co-founded the agency with Tiffany in 2015.
In their free time, Laura and Chris love to travel (Spain is their current favorite), love on their three puppies (Miss Grits, Pinky and Cotton), cook and entertain for their friends, go on fishing trips, and watch as much college football as they can.

tiffany sodolak
Co-Founder, Co-Owner, Chief Client Officer
Tiffany N. Sodolak has more than two decades of experience in the automotive advertising industry. Tiffany has a blend of creative thinking and results-orientation that has made her ridiculously successful in driving results for her automotive clients over the past decades. Many people are creative, and many people are results-oriented, but Tiffany is both. Nobody will work harder to drive results for her clients. Two decades steeped in the accountability of the automotive advertising industry has taught Tiffany how to achieve her clients’ marketing goals with confidence, predictability, and precision. Plus, her endless energy and humor keep our team and clients smiling. Tiffany has a BA in Communications from Texas A&M University. Tiffany co-founded the agency with Laura in 2015.
When she is not out driving results for her clients, Tiffany likes to watch her son play baseball (he is really good), and meticulously decorate for Halloween (her daughter prays she doesn’t inherit Tiffany’s little shop of horrors). Her husband Matt and she are devoted to giving their two children every opportunity they can to be successful adults.
